Terms and Conditions ikb8 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ikb8, an online entertainment platform operated under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and ikb8 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of platform usage, including registration, gaming, financial transactions, and communications.

By clicking "Register", accessing any section of the platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the ikb8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the registration date.
• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in a country or region where online gambling activities are prohibited.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any software to conceal your actual location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion or ban period from any gambling platform.

Ikb8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts unable to verify eligibility will be suspended until the verification process is complete. Any wins achieved during the suspension period are subject to review.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at ikb8. Holding more than one account for any reason — including to obtain multiple bonuses or to circumvent restrictions — is a serious violation that may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid, accurate email address.
• Setting a strong and unique password for your account.
• Submitting identity verification documents (KYC) when requested before your first withdrawal is processed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ikb8 support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Ikb8 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and many other local banks. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must come from an account held in the member's own name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Ikb8 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after verification.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the ikb8 account.
• Ikb8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Ikb8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other periodic promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only by each new member.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be sold, or exchanged for cash directly.
• Ikb8 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or fraudulent activity.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts — will result in account suspension.
• Promotions are subject to the validity period stated in each offer.

6. Game Rules

All games available at ikb8 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fish shooting — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently certified by international audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing with real money.

7. Member Conduct & Responsibilities

• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the platform's systems.
• Using offensive language, threats, or harassment toward staff or other members.

• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform — please report these to our support team instead.

8. Security & Data Protection

• Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Ikb8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Use of unauthorized software or tools.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after the required security checks.

10. Liability Limits

Ikb8 is not liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from:

• Service disruptions or downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including ISP outages, third-party infrastructure issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from the use of insecure or shared login credentials.
• Game outcomes arising from a misunderstanding of the rules or wagering values.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

Ikb8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Ikb8 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant amendments via:

• Pop-up notification upon logging in to the platform.
• Email to the address registered on your account.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ikb8 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out in ikb8's operating licence.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be reinterpreted or severed to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
